Before anyone goes outside
Stay clear of downed lines, unstable limbs and damaged structures.
- Treat every downed or sagging line as live. Keep people and pets well back and call 911 or your utility first.
- A limb caught in a canopy can release without warning. Do not walk under it and do not try to pull it down.
- If a tree is resting on the roof or a wall, leave that part of the house and wait for it to be assessed.
On arrival
The unsafe part comes off first.
We look at what is holding weight, what is under tension, and what is between the tree and the house. The pieces that could move on their own come off first, in the order that keeps people and structures out of the path.
Once the load is off the structure, the rest of the tree is taken down in a controlled way and the ground is cleared so the property is walkable again.

We assess before we cut
Tension, lean, footing and what is under the tree. Nothing gets cut until the sequence is settled.
We make it safe
The load comes off the structure, unstable limbs are removed, and the immediate hazard is gone.
We clear and document
Debris is removed and you get a clear picture of what is left to do, including anything that should be looked at again later.
