Light lot & property clearing
Clear what is in the way. Keep what should stay.
Selective clearing for the parts of your property that have grown in: a homesite footprint, a driveway line, a lane to the back of the lot, a fence row nobody can walk anymore. We flag the trees that stay before anything is cut.
Scope boundary
This is light, selective clearing — not mass land clearing.
Being clear about the boundary saves everyone a wasted visit. We take on small-scale, selective work where the goal is usable access and a tidy property, with specific trees kept. We do not take on large-acreage site development, forestry operations, grubbing and grading packages, or anything requiring permits and equipment beyond that scope.
Work we take on
- Homesite and outbuilding footprints on residential lots
- Driveways, access lanes and turnarounds
- Fence lines, property lines and easement edges
- Overgrown corners, brush, vines and volunteer growth
- Small property projects — a garden area, a shed pad, a play area
- Selective thinning where specific trees are being kept
Work we will point elsewhere
- Large-acreage clearing and subdivision site prep
- Forestry and timber harvesting operations
- Grubbing, grading and earthwork packages
- Stump and root removal across a whole site for construction
- Herbicide or plant-health treatment programs
If the job is bigger than our scope we will say so on the first call rather than stretching to fit it.
What stays gets marked first
Before anything is cut we walk the area with you and mark the trees that are staying — the shade over the house, the specimen at the corner, the screen along the neighbor's line. Everything else is worked around those, so the place still looks like your property when we finish.
- Keep list agreed and marked on site
- Property lines, easements and utility markers confirmed
- Material chipped and hauled, or stacked where you want it
- Ruts and disturbed ground raked back out
HOAs, property managers and commercial sites
Overgrown common areas, sight lines at an entrance, a fence row along a parking lot, a lane that service vehicles cannot get down. We can walk the site with a board member or manager, put the scope in writing, and schedule it around access and resident traffic.
- Written scope suitable for board or owner approval
- Scheduling planned around access, tenants and traffic
- Photographs before and after for your records
- Coordination with your landscape or maintenance provider
Tell us what needs to be opened up.
Send the address, roughly what area you are talking about, and what you want kept. We will walk it, mark the keep list with you and put the clearing scope in writing.
