Clearing should make a property feel bigger, not emptier.
This is light residential work — undergrowth, scrub, small stems and the few larger trees genuinely in the way. It is not a bulldozed lot.

Room for the thing you actually want to build.
A garden or a shop pad
Open a sunlit pocket in the right place, keeping the canopy that shades the house in the afternoon.
A fence line or property line
Clear a working corridor so posts go in straight and the line stays maintainable afterwards.
A driveway or access lane
Width and overhead clearance for the vehicles that actually use it, including delivery and service trucks.
Undergrowth around the house
Pulling scrub and vine back off the structure, opening sight lines and taking pressure off the trees you kept.

What comes off the lot has somewhere to go.
Brush is chipped, and the chip either stays on site as mulch for your beds and paths or leaves with us. Larger wood can be cut to length and stacked where you want it.
We finish with the ground raked and the edges of the cleared area tidy, so it reads as a deliberate part of the property rather than a work site.
